Steven Van Zandt (from HBO’s “The Sopranos” and member of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band) reprises his role as an American mobster who’s hiding out in Lillehammer, Norway, under the witness protection program.
“Lilyhammer” is Norway’s most-watched show in television history. With Season 1, it became available to American audiences as the first original show for Netflix. It’s the first series to return for a second season.
