I don't think it would work very well, to be honest, especially with this recipe, because the spices would settle and the flavor might degrade over time. On the other hand, you can do yourself a big favor by making it a day in advance and letting it sit, which results in tastier gløgg. In that case, you probably could leave it out (there's enough booze in there to preserve it for about a hundred years) but I'd recommend sticking it in the fridge on general principle.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16233424725349009323noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3479447751939445234.post-40033882643261520872009-11-13T13:56:04.905-06:002009-11-13T13:56:04.905-06:00I read somewhere you can make gløgg in advance and...I read somewhere you can make gløgg in advance and bottle it for later. Since I've never made it before I was wondering if after bottled it needed to be refrigerated or if it should be left out.

Thanks!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12337092055148953184noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3479447751939445234.post-14258276988106592452009-01-01T17:37:00.000-06:002009-01-01T17:37:00.000-06:00Sounds great, Colin.
